We tailor each and every workout specifically for each runner. We remove all that isn’t necessary and apply workloads that will have you healthy and ready to crush your goals. TrainingPeaks online training logs provide seamless interaction between coach and athlete.

COACHING PROGRAM LEVELS

OPTIMIZED $350 / 4 weeks

You want it all. Nutrition, Strength Workouts, Annual Planning, Blood Glucose Management, Monthly Zoom Meetings, unlimited phone and text interaction, and fully customized workouts with weekly data review.

  • Monthly Virtual Meeting

  • Fat-Max Optimization Programming (making you a hyper-efficient fat burner)

  • Structured Strength and Gym Workouts

ADVANCED $300 / 4 weeks

You are serious about your training and upcoming events and can benefit from a Structured Training Plan and unlimited text and email interaction. Marathon or Ultra PR. Boston Qualify. Longevity in Sport. Road and MTB Racing.

  • Unlimited texting and email to answer questions with max of 24-hour response time

  • Bi-weekly virtual meetings available upon request

  • Performance Nutrition Plan (non-personalized, designed by Joe)

  • Personalized Race Day Nutrition Plan

  • Periodized Strength and Gym Programming

  • Daily Review of TrainingPeaks training log data

PERFORMANCE: $250 / 4 weeks

This is our most basic coaching plan but it still allows you to work with a highly experienced coach who has over 20 years of experience working with endurance athletes.
