Ultimate

Our Ultimate Coaching Level is designed for the extremely committed and serious cyclist who is racing and training with wattage. You are no stranger to big weekly miles and long epic weekend rides. If you are prepared to give it your all to realize big gains, this is your level!


Ultimate Level is ideal for

  • MTB cyclists wanting to dominate the race scene as much as possible
  • MTB cyclists using wattage to train
  • intermediate to advanced level cyclist with at least 2 years of riding experience

What You Get with Ultimate

  • weekly workouts delivered to your personal TrainingPeaks online training log
  • wattage-based workouts and data analysis
  • nutritional support and advice for the fast stuff
  • ongoing supplement and recovery suggestions

Premium

Our Premium Coaching Level is designed for the serious cyclist who is racing and training with heart rate. You may be struggling with how to fit in daily life and training at a high level as well and need a coach to make everything work. If so, you found your level. 


Premium Level is ideal for

  • MTB cyclist looking to improve their race finishes yet trying to balance other aspects of life
  • MTB cyclists using a heart rate monitor for training 
  • intermediate level cyclist with at least 1 year of riding experience

What You Get with Premium

  • heart rate zone based workouts and analysis
  • nutritional support and advice
  • ongoing supplement and recovery suggestions

Basic

Our Basic Coaching Level is for the cycling enthusiast who races but equally loves to be at their best on group rides and vacation epics. You love riding and like to be competitive with yourself. That's great, you're not alone and this level is especially for you. 


Basic Level is ideal for

  • MTB cyclists looking for guidance on how to get started and/or train safely
  • MTB cyclists needing to establish an aerobic base 
  • beginner to intermediate level, no prior riding experience needed 

What You Get with Basic

  • base building and/or basic coaching guidance
  • nutritional support and advice
  • ongoing supplement and recovery suggestions
