Choose Your Level

We have three levels of coaching to choose from. Read below and find the level that best fits your needs. The level of attention is the same, we are always available for our athletes!

Ultimate

Our Ultimate Coaching Level is designed to deliver you to the start of your full Ironman® primed, rested, and peaking for the distance racing! First time or chasing Kona, we provide the best program so you can crush on race day!


Ultimate Level is ideal for

  • triathletes wanting to complete, compete in full Ironman® distance events
  • triathletes who train with wattage 
  • intermediate to advanced level athlete with at least 2 years of training experience

What You Get with Ultimate

  • weekly workouts delivered to your personal TrainingPeaks online training log
  • 140.6 Ironman® distance specific coaching
  • nutritional support and advice for the long stuff
  • ongoing supplement and recovery suggestions
  • strength workouts designed to keep you balanced and injury free
  • daily support from your coach via email, text, phone
  • Cost: $225 / 4 weeks

Premium

Our Premium Coaching Level is designed is designed for those interested in 70.3 down to Sprint distance races. We focus on having all of our triathletes smooth in the water, strong on the bike and fit for the run!


Premium Level is ideal for

  • triathletes wanting to compete, complete in 70.3 Ironman® through Sprint distance races
  • triathletes who train with heart rate
  • intermediate to advanced level athlete with at least 1 year of training experience

What You Get with Premium

  • weekly workouts delivered to your personal TrainingPeaks online training log
  • 70.3 Ironman® to Sprint distance specific coaching
  • nutritional support and advice
  • ongoing supplement and recovery suggestions
  • strength workouts designed to keep you balanced and injury free

Basic

Our Basic Coaching Level is designed for triathletes who are looking to improve their base, just getting started in triathlon, or simply want a coach to monitor their progress and provide rudimentary feedback. 


Basic Level is ideal for

  • athletes entering their first triathlon
  • triathletes needing to establish an aerobic base 
  • beginner to intermediate level athlete, no prior training experience needed
  • athletes open to using heart rate zones

What You Get with Basic

  • weekly workouts delivered to your personal TrainingPeaks online training log
  • base building and/or basic coaching guidance
  • nutritional support and advice
  • ongoing supplement and recovery suggestions
  • information on how to avoid injury
  • advice on running form and efficiency

  • Cost: $175 / 4 weeks
