Peak Fitness was created in 2004 out of a passion for all things performance. Helping others has always been the goal. Racing better, eating better, or just being as strong as you can be, our passion lies in seeing others at their best. This is the heart and soul of Peak Fitness.

Joe has been immersed in running and cycling as well as human performance since the mid 1990’s. From coaching ultrarunners through Leadville 100, Wasatch 100, Hardrock 100 and many other ultras to coaching triathletes through Ironman events, his experience in helping athletes attain their goals is vast. He’s also coached athletes to complete the Race Across America, 7 day stage races across the Andes and Alps as well as other multi day events.

Joe is equally at home helping others manage glucose and nutrition in an attempt to avoid metabolic illness. From movement analysis to biomechanical correctives, running gait and bike fit, Joe is a one stop shop for all things human performance.
